1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing and using Ombai (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any of them, you must not use the service.

2. Description of the service

Ombai is a SaaS platform that generates professional websites for local businesses using public information from Google Maps, including reviews, photos, hours and contact details. The content is processed using artificial intelligence to create a personalized website.

3. Registration and account

• You must provide truthful and up-to-date information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials.
• You must be over 18 years of age or have authorization from a legal guardian.
• We reserve the right to suspend or cancel accounts that violate these terms.

4. Plans and payments

Ombai offers free and paid plans. Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing panel. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to modify prices with a minimum of 30 days’ notice. Price changes will not affect the current billing period.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to generate illegal, defamatory or offensive content.
• Impersonate another business or person.
• Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.
• Intentionally overload servers or interfere with the operation of the service.
• Resell or redistribute the service without express authorization.

6. Intellectual property

The content generated by AI from your Google Maps data is your property. However, the underlying technology, template design, code and the Ombai brand are our exclusive property.

The reviews used are public information from Google Maps. We do not claim ownership of the original review content.

7. Limitation of liability

Ombai is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or that the results generated by AI will always be accurate. We recommend reviewing generated content before publishing your website.

In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the platform. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts and tribunals of Madrid, Spain.
