What exactly is Ombai?
Ombai is a service that generates professional websites for local businesses using Google Maps reviews. Our AI analyzes what your customers say and creates a website that communicates the real value of your business.
How does it work exactly?
Paste the Google Maps link of your business, our AI reads all the reviews, identifies why your customers choose you, and generates a professional website with that real information. All in less than 60 seconds.
Does it only work for restaurants?
No. It works for any local business with a Google Maps listing: clinics, hair salons, auto repair shops, stores, academies, hotels, gyms, vets, lawyers, and much more.
Do I need technical knowledge?
No. You only need to copy and paste a Google Maps link. No design, coding, or hosting knowledge needed.
Your website
How long does it take to generate my website?
Less than 60 seconds. Our AI analyzes the reviews and generates all the content automatically.
Can I edit the content afterwards?
Yes. From your dashboard you can customize text, change templates, upload menus, price lists and additional documents that the AI will integrate into your website.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes, on Pro and Agency plans you can connect your own domain. On the Free plan your website will be available on a free subdomain (yourbusiness.ombai.io).
Is the website responsive (looks good on mobile)?
Yes. All templates are designed mobile-first and look perfect on any device: mobile, tablet and desktop.
Is my website SEO-optimized?
Yes. Every website includes optimized meta tags, LocalBusiness schema markup for Google, automatically generated Open Graph image, and semantic content that helps ranking.
Does the website update automatically?
On Pro and Agency plans, yes. The website regenerates automatically with new reviews: monthly on Pro, weekly on Agency.
Templates & design
How many templates are available?
Currently there are 5 templates: 1 free (Modern Light) and 4 Pro templates (Warm Classic, Trust Clean, Urban Bold, Minimal Elegant). Each has a different personality and typography.
Can I change the template after creating my website?
Yes. You can change the template at any time from your website editor. The content adapts automatically to the new design.
Can I export my website as HTML?
Yes, on Pro and Agency plans you can download your website as static HTML to host it wherever you want.
Files & uploads
What types of files can I upload?
You can upload PDF menus, photos of menus/price lists, logos, business photos and general documents. The AI processes the content and integrates it into your website.
How many files can I upload?
Depends on the plan: 1 file (logo only) on Free, 10 per website on Pro, and 50 per website on Agency. Max size ranges from 5 MB (Free) to 50 MB (Agency).
Plans & billing
Do I need a credit card for the Free plan?
No. The Free plan is completely free and doesn’t require payment information.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade anytime from the billing panel. Changes apply immediately.
What happens if I cancel my Pro plan?
Your account switches to the Free plan at the end of the billing period. Your websites stay published but with Free plan limits.
Is there a discount for annual payment?
Yes, annual payment includes 2 months free.
Privacy & data
Where do the reviews come from?
The reviews come from the public Google Maps listing of your business. We only use information that is already public.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Sensitive credentials are encrypted with AES-256. Payments are processed through Stripe (we never store card data). We comply with GDPR.
Can I delete my account and data?
Yes. You can request complete deletion of your account and data by contacting us at hola@ombai.io. We process requests within a maximum of 30 days.
